During my nearly two-decade career with the California Attorney General's Office, I conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations under the California False Claims Act. I also have extensive experience representing health and welfare agencies – including the California Department of Health Care Services, Department of Public Health, and Department of State Hospitals – in state and federal court. I want to help small and medium-sized business navigate the challenges of government investigations and regulatory compliance. Attorney Philip G. Panitz is a national tax litigator who has successfully fought the IRS on behalf of real estate investors and other clients. He has handled over 250 tax matters before the U.S. Tax Court. In 1995 he successfully challenged the IRS in the matter "Williams v. U.S." before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Panitz holds an LL.M. in Tax from NYU, and conducts his tax litigation practice nationwide. He is a Certified Tax Specialist in accordance with the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, with 30 years of legal experience in tax litigation and tax planning.

Lisa joined Ferrari Ottoboni Caputo & Wunderling in 1994 and became a Partner in 1999. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University. Lisa devotes much of her time to cases involving wealth transfer planning, business succession, tax planning, tax litigation, charitable planning, and a variety of other trust and probate matters. She has published a variety of legal treatises and presented her work before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee and Treasure Dept. Lisa frequently speaks and educates the public regarding estate and tax planning issues. She consistently ranks as one of the top lawyers in her field.
