My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

I am a sole practitioner. My practice areas cover a wide range with an emphasis on immigration, personal injury, business litigation, and small business transactions. Within these areas of law, I have assisted a wide variety of clients on matters ranging from immigration asylum hearings to EDD unemployment insurance administrative hearings to shareholder disputes before the American Arbitration Association. In addition, I have represented clients regarding misdemeanor criminal cases, family law matters, and probate/estate planning matters.
