That background and diverse exposure to legal issues, from industry contracts to real estate and estate planning, provided a wonderful platform to transition to practicing a smaller community. Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

After getting his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and working as an auditor for Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young), Jeffrey H. Ochrach began his practice of law at a large firm in San Francisco. He is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on the areas of business law, real estate law, business and financial aspects of family law, and lawyer malpractice law.
