Mr. Rogers is a litigator and trial lawyer, whose primary emphasis is employment disputes wrongful termination and discrimination, eminent domain, major personal injuries, civil litigation and independent sales representatives litigation. Mr. Rogers has a blend of facilitative skills and hands-on leadership experience that makes him ideally suited as a litigation attorney, negotiator and mediator. He divides his time between the firm’s main office in downtown Los Angeles and the firm’s branch office in San Pedro.

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Walter F. Wiggins, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 1983 with majors in Political Science and History. Wiggins received "Honors at Entrance" status and was awarded the Jesuit Community Scholarship. At LMU Wiggins was active in student government, was a member of the university's Honors Program, and was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta, the national History Honor Society.
