My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Walter F. Wiggins, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 1983 with majors in Political Science and History. Wiggins received "Honors at Entrance" status and was awarded the Jesuit Community Scholarship. At LMU Wiggins was active in student government, was a member of the university's Honors Program, and was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta, the national History Honor Society. Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.
