I am a partner at Schlichter & Shonack, LLP with extensive experience in Business Litigation and Catastrophic Personal Injury. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and general civil litigation, and have handled cases ranging from assault and battery at high-profile Orange County night clubs to multi-million dollar real estate litigation, including construction defect. During my career, I have participated in many mediations and trials. Plaintiff's cases that I have handled have resulted in settlements or judgments in excess of $13 million dollars, and my defense victories, including jury verdicts, have saved my clients millions of dollars....

I am an employment and general business attorney with experience in transactional and litigation work. In my transactional practice, I advise businesses regarding contract interpretation, compliance with laws, and draft business related agreements. I audit businesses for compliance with federal and state employment laws, develop preventive policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and other employment documents to avoid employment claims and litigation. In my litigation practice, I draft pleadings and law in motion, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.

I received my J.D. cum laude from Southwestern Law School, having earned my Bachelor of Science in International Business cum laude from the University of Southern California. Prior to opening my practice in the South Bay areas, I externed with the United States District Court Judge Dean D. Pregerson, interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, Career Criminal Division, and practiced at Lawrence, Beach, Allen & Choi PC (Santa Ana, California) and Escandari & Michon APC (Beverly Hills, California).
