I have practiced law for over 25 years; 22 in the state of Washington. I specialize in low cost bankruptcies, family law/divorce and probate. I make it a practice to answer all calls as soon as possible. I handle bankruptcies in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and Snohomish Counties. Mr. Fowler has extensive experience with contracts including negotiating all forms of corporate commercial contracts and real estate development contracts to litigating breach of contract actions. He is known for finding successful solutions to highly complicated commercial, real estate, and litigation matters. Mr. Fowler’s effective handling of difficult legal issues is built on his years of experience in the District of Arizona, District of Oregon, and Washington State.

CAREER: Before becoming an attorney, Emily worked in a church daycare; at Taco Bell; as a librarian at the Bellingham and Fairhaven Public Libraries; and as an office administrator. In 2007, Emily joined the law firm of Britain, Gallery & Vis in Bellingham as a paralegal. Over seven years BGV, Emily not only learned everything she knows about estate planning, probate, business and bankruptcy law but also completed the Washington State Law Clerk Program and passed the Bar Exam to become an attorney.
