I have been in practice for almost 30 years. My practice has focused primarily on helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate through the bankruptcy process. My goal is to help people take back their lives. I also help those who need to organize their estates so that they may enjoy the fruits of their labors and direct the distribution to their heirs.

For over 20 years I have represented individuals and businesses with debt issues. Chapter 7, 11, 13 and now the Small Business Subchapter 5.
