My primary focus is Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases involving rental properties, developers, and small business, although I am experienced in many areas of debt and consumer law. I have been in practice for almost 30 years. My practice has focused primarily on helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate through the bankruptcy process.
