I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present. David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine.
