I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present. All the bankruptcy judges in Missouri, in both the Western and Eastern Districts, know my work and know me personally. My 30+ years of experience will serve any client well in bankruptcy matters.

I'm a young Missouri attorney practicing in the St. Louis metropolitan area with a particular emphasis on northern Jefferson County. I love research and writing, and believe that success is about the relationships I build with my clients in helping to solve their legal problems.

Todd Griffee has been in law practice since 1984. He has also worked as a Senior Attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation and Staff attorney for the FDIC in the early 1990's before leaving to go into private practice.
