Thomas M. Thompson graduated from University of Notre Dame in 1990 with a B.A. in Government and International Studies. Mr. Thompson then attended law school at Indiana University-Bloomington, where he served on the editorial staff of the Indiana Law Journal and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1993. Marian Welling was admitted to the Indiana, Missouri and Illinois Bars in 1994 after graduating from St. Louis University School of Law. She joined a busy consumer bankruptcy firm and specialized in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies in St. Louis, Missouri and East St. Louis, Illinois.
