I am a family law and bankruptcy attorney. Before being licensed to practice law in Florida, I was in the legal industry for nearly twenty years. Attorney Wheelock has been in private practice since 1986, he provides services in numerous areas of law. With his military background Mr. Wheelock represents service personnel around the globe in military law, divorces with miliatry issues and in military justice matters.

Jason Margolin represents businesses and individuals in resolving controversies through court proceedings, trials, alternative dispute resolutions, and administrative proceedings. He advocates for clients involved in both jury and non-jury actions, in state and federal court cases, as well as in arbitrations.

In addition to his general commercial litigation experience, Jason also represents creditors, debtors, and Ponzi-scheme victims in bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings and federal court receivership proceedings.

Wendy began practicing law in 1997 and opened the lawfirm of Cohen & DePaul, PA along with her business partner in 2004. Wendy has also been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. Her main areas of practice at Bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, elder law, and family law.
