Richard J. McIntyre is a litigation and bankruptcy attorney. He began his practice in Tampa, Florida in 1992 after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh’s Dual Degree program, where he received his Master’s of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable.
