I have practiced exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, and consumer protection for my entire career. I formerly worked for the largest consumer bankruptcy law firm in San Diego and I have personally handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases. Bankruptcy, though, is not the solution for every problem.
