I began my career as a lawyer at Martin Attorneys, P.A. in 2001, and my practice has always focused on bankruptcy. I like the fact that bankruptcy, more than many other practice areas, is driven by legal rather than factual disputes.

Scott came to practice of law later in life than most. After spending many years in management roles, he decided to do what he had always planned to do as a child and go back to school to become an attorney. Admitted to the Bar in 2011, Scott worked primarily as a solo practitioner handling a wide range of cases before joining our firm in 2016. God seemed to lead me to the practice of law. I gravitated to the kind of law that helps people when they are hurting: family law, bankruptcy law, accidents and wrongful death, wills and trusts.

Licensed in 1985 and experienced in all types of legal proceedings from document preparation through jury trials and appeals. Not your typical lawyer, because I work without a secretary and make house calls when necessary. I accept a limited number of cases so that I can get your work done quickly and at a very low lump sum rate.
