I have been practicing law in Mobile since 1973 and have limited my practice to bankruptcy only for the past 20 years. I also served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for approximately 20 years; and this experience has been a valuable tool in representing debtors in Chapter 7 cases.

I specialize in Social Security Disability and family law. In addition, I am a practicing Registered Nurse and have been for more than thirty years.

Larry graduated from Auburn University in 1987 where he earned a B.A. in Pre-Law Criminal Justice. He also played football from 1981-1984 for Auburn University and was team member for the 1983 SEC Championship team and 1984 Sugar Bowl Champion. He attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law while working full time in law enforcement for over 3 years graduating August 1993 and began practicing law in the Auburn area in April 1994. Born and Raised in Montgomery, Alabama. Graduated troy State University with Accounting degree. Attended Jones School of Law, Faulkner University. Admitted to Practice in Alabama April 1995. Established Private Law Practice August 1995 focusing in Auto Injury & Liability Claims, Personal Injury , Bankruptcy, Family Law, Alimony Claims, Business Law, Construction Law, Earned Alabama Home Builders License in 2003. November 2015, elected to the Montgomery City Council representing District 2 of the City of Montgomery, Alabama.

David S. Clark grew up in Eutaw, Alabama and went the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Jones School of Law in December of 1997 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar May 1, 1998. David started practicing bankruptcy law shortly thereafter in Montgomery, Alabama then in Selma, Alabama before coming to Opelika, Alabama. David lives in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife and seven children.
