Joe Byars has over 25 years of experience in private practice. He began his practice in Dallas, Texas, handling business and employment law issues of all types. Main St., Farmington, Arkansas. In addition to my bankruptcy practice, I also focus on estate planning, probate, and business formation.

Laura maintains a focus on probate and estate planning in addition to real estate matters including deed preparation.

Laura is from central Arkansas and moved to Fayetteville eight years ago. Laura graduated from Bryant High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida. She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law.

After discharge from the military, I joined Martin Attorneys, PA in 2011. I'm passionate about helping people and loves that the law allows him to do just that.

I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.
