I participate in various American Arbitration Association (AAA) panels, as well as with Construction Dispute Resolution Services (CDRS). With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I have handled a wide range of disputes, including both small and large construction disputes, as well as commercial and general business disputes. Charles Herman grew up in Sylvania, Ohio and joined the military after graduating from Sylvania Southview High School in 1993. After serving four (4) years he was honorably discharged in 1998. Jennifer Dorminey Herzog is a native of Tifton, Georgia, and returned to her home town to practice law in our Tifton office. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Presbyterian College in 2003 with a double major in English, with an emphasis in creative writing, and Religion/Philosophy.
