Mr. Siegel is board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial advocacy. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit court mediator (1990)and serves as an arbitrator. He serves as the attorney for the Charlotte County Construction Licencing Board and as Special Magistrate for Charlotte County Code Enforcement.

Attorney Jason Hutchinson, of Hutchinson Law, is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law located in Jacksonville and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals-11th circuit. Through appellant advocacy, Mr. Hutchinson played a large role in forming paternity law in the Jacksonville area.

Richard is board certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar and The National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been in private practice for more than 35 years specializing in marital and family law. He has extensive experience in cases dealing with complex financial matters, including the valuation of closely held corporations, professional practices and incentive stock options.

Kristi is a member of Anthony & Partners, and joined the firm in 2011. Kristi concentrates primarily on complex trial practice, representing international, national and local clients in the areas of False Claims Act and qui tam claims, government contracting, nursing home, product liability and medical malpractice defense. Later, I transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where I received a B.A. in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Prior to attending law school, I continued my education in History and Political Science at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
