My family has proudly practiced law in Texas since 1896. My great-grandfather, James C. Wilson, was a United States District Judge in the Northern District of Texas for 32 years. My grandfather and uncles were also attorneys. My brother practices law in Houston.

With an undergraduate degree in criminal justice, I have a different perspective regarding police investigations and their ability to get the “facts” right. I know where to find faults in their investigations, which ultimately aids me in the representation of my clients.

Dan concentrates on helping people with trial and appeal of criminal cases from all trial courts in Texas, including his home county of Kaufman. Dan also helps clients with postconviction writs. Dan graduated from Baylor Law School in 1986 and began his career in the Kaufman County District Attorney's office and then moving into private practice in the 1990's.

1982 graduate of Baylor Law School, I practiced as a prosecutor in Smith County, Texas, 1983-1984, as a shareholder in Cribbs & McFarland, an Arlington law firm, and as a solo practitioner since 2002. A-V rated.

My main practice areas are employment law and personal injury law. The Wagoner Law Firm represents individuals who have employment law claims in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, harassment claims, hostile work environment claims, retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, unpaid overtime pay claims, minimum wage claims, and various other employment law claims. The Wagoner Law Firm also represents individuals who have personal injury claims.

Ronnie is a Texas attorney practicing primarily probate and estate planning with his firm, Hall & Mixon, PLLC. Ronnie is also very active with the Tarrant County Bar Association, serving as Assistant Director, Writer, Performer and Musical Director for Tortfeasors, the annual skit show benefiting the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. Ronnie is also an of counsel attorney for Jim Ross & Associates, PC, for which he does litigation support, motion practice and civil appeals.

I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. Steve Jumes is Certified in Criminal Law by the State of Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2003.
