I advocate for clients on appeal by writing persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and petitions for postconviction relief. I also help clients with clemency applications, parole applications, and deregistration petitions. I have experience in Colorado trial and appellate courts and am able to work with opposing counseling, law enforcement, and probation personnel to ensure success for my clients.

I counsel entities and individuals through government / SRO proceedings and conduct internal investigations. I also have successfully defended shareholder class actions and derivative lawsuits, and counsel clients facing commercial litigation concerns. Jay grew up in Colorado and attended Pepperdine University in California where he obtained a degree in International Business in 2005 graduating cum laude. Greg practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has represented individuals, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises in a variety of commercial, construction, landlord-tenant, employment, financial, insurance, and real estate disputes in state and federal trial courts.
