I am currently Litigation Director for Denning Moores APC and litigating cases in the areas of Civil Appeals and Writs, Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Real Estate and Land Use, Commercial Contracts, Construction Defect and Complex Business Litigation. Most of my background is in civil appeals and writs, which has given me a unique perspective on trial practice in vast areas of the law.

I have practiced criminal law for approximately 36 cases. I have handled all sorts of felonies and misdemeanors. including charges of murder, mayhem , assault with a deadly weapon, robbery (armed and bank, DUI, criminal and terrorist threats,domestic violence, RICO (racketeering/criminal enterprise cases), gang related cases, drug smuggling importation, distribution and possession, smuggling drugs on the high seas, exotic bird smuggling, white collar crimes, fraud, car theft, grand theft, petty theft, vandalism, disturbing the peace and violations of the U.S. military code. I received my J.D. cum laude from Southwestern Law School, having earned my Bachelor of Science in International Business cum laude from the University of Southern California.
