I am a civil trial lawyer and am driven by the strong desire to enforce the rights of injured victims. I like to see level playing field regardless of socioeconomic condition of the parties. To that end, I almost exclusively represent the regular folk, consumers, injured victims against insurance companies, corporations and conglomerates. There is nothing more satisfying to me when we obtain fair compensation and achieve justice in a David v. Goliath context.

Mr. Walker draws upon his previous extensive courtroom experience with the U.S. Air Force as a Judge Advocate and as a principal of a former California law firm and now President of The Walker Law Firm, APC, specializing in civil litigation and appeals since 1970.
