I am a personal injury lawyer at Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys, P.C. in Mobile, Alabama. My practice focuses on appeals, including working with other attorneys from the beginning of a case to preserve all issues for appeal. Fob James III has had a varied civil plaintiffs’ practice since 1986, often representing individuals, employees, and small businesses in cases for fraud, economic oppression, and the like. Fob III also has experience representing individuals in nursing home, ERISA and defective drug cases. Fob III is currently involved in financial fraud litigation.

David graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009 with a major in political science and minor in history. After completing his undergraduate degree, David attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. While in law school David took a practical approach to his education, completing multiple courses in trial skills and advocacy, in order to better prepare for litigation matters that may occur during his career.
