David S. Clark grew up in Eutaw, Alabama and went the University of Alabama and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Jones School of Law in December of 1997 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar May 1, 1998. David started practicing bankruptcy law shortly thereafter in Montgomery, Alabama then in Selma, Alabama before coming to Opelika, Alabama. David lives in Montgomery, Alabama with his wife and seven children.

Winston Grow has over 25 years of experience in handling contract, construction defect and professional liability claims. He has tried a number of jury trials to verdict, and has tried numerous bench trials and arbitrations. He has defended catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Larry graduated from Auburn University in 1987 where he earned a B.A. in Pre-Law Criminal Justice. He also played football from 1981-1984 for Auburn University and was team member for the 1983 SEC Championship team and 1984 Sugar Bowl Champion. Following his graduation, Attorney Walker was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and was employed in the private sector by a former Massachusetts Superior Court Judge and former Massachusetts Assistant District Attorney until he formed his current firm, Walker & Associates.
