Biography

Keith Dozier is a Portland area trial attorney/injury lawyer representing individuals and families from all over Oregon that have suffered serious injury because of someone else's carelessness. He and his associates handle claims for victims of auto accidents, truck crashes, work place accidents, malpractice, dangerous products, discrimination and other forms of personal injuries. We work hard to obtain insurance coverage for deserving injured parties so that they can get proper medical treatment and put their lives back together as much as possible.

We pride ourselves on providing honest and effective legal representation. Our law firm represents a relatively small number of clients so that trusting relationships can be established. We work hard to help those in need while protecting the legal system from abuse. We only represent individuals who truly need help.

2 Questions Answered
Q. How many years do I have to sue for personal injury due to product failure and malpractice?
A: The answer depends on a number of factors. You must determine the jurisdiction(s) in which you could bring a claim and then check to see what the statute of limitations and statute of ultimate repose are in each jurisdiction where you could bring a claim. Your best bet would be to contact a local attorney. Most reputable personal injury attorneys offer free consultations. If, by chance, you may have a claim in Oregon you have a two years statute of limitations and for recent injuries a ten year statute of ultimate repose (unless the statute is longer in the state where the product was manufactured or imported). Some additional information can be found at www.wkd-law.com.
Q. Who do you tell when a dr touches you alone and.inappropriately
A: I am sorry that nobody has responded to your question until now. You should contact the Oregon Medical Board immediately to make a complaint. The website below outlines the process. http://www.oregon.gov/OMB/Pages/consumer_help.aspx You can also contact the POrtland Police Sexual Assault Detail at 503-823-0434 and the Portland Women's Crisis Line at 503-235-5333 If you need the help of an attorney contact one that does not charge a consultation fee (most do not).
