Bill has drafted and prosecuted domestic and international patent applications for supersonic aircraft, reconnaissance aircraft, satellites, engines, computer software and hardware, semiconductor lasers and amplifiers, medical lasers, lithotripters and other ultrasound technology, optical systems, medical devices, cellular telephony devices, and aircraft
navigation systems.
Bill serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps. His Bill serves as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps. His JAG duties include various aspects of military and operational law and legal assistance. He is currently attached to the Commander U.S. Pacific Fleet.
