I am William F. "Casey" Ebsary, Jr., a Board Certified Criminal Defense Attorney and an experienced Trial Lawyer with a diverse background in various legal fields.
My professional focus is primarily on trial work, where I have represented clients in a broad spectrum of cases. These cases range from criminal defense, DUI defense, and defense for Marijuana and Cannabis Growhouse operations to white-collar criminal defense, high-tech corporate litigation, and intellectual property issues concerning the Internet and computer networking.
Having served as a former Prosecutor, I bring a wealth of litigation experience to high-stakes criminal cases. I have overseen cases involving murder, money laundering, fraud, forgery, counterfeiting, and theft, demonstrating my capability to navigate complex legal issues.
My expertise also spans high-tech litigation, particularly in areas involving information systems, international banking, and currency transactions.
My professional accomplishments include receiving an AV rating in the Martindale Hubbell Directory, the highest possible rating, which signifies my professional excellence. Additionally, I have been honored as a Super Lawyer, a prestigious recognition that reflects peer recognition and professional achievement, awarded to only 5 percent of lawyers in the state.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the same university, which provided a solid foundation for my career in law.
