- Q. Can I attend a biometrics appointment without a current ID or passport?
- A: If those are the only form of identifications you have, I would suggest bringing all to the appointment. I would also suggest contacting USCIS and letting them know that you do not have any current identification as well so that is documented.
- Q. Monthly child support calculation in Florida with no custody, income of $160,000, and dependent child in custody.
- A: Hi
That is not a question that can be answered here as there are various variables that goes into child support calculations: income of parties; if party is not working-should income be imputed to min wage or past income?-that depends on other variables as well; child care payments; monthly health insurance pay for the child only; allowable deductions, etc. You would need to consult an attorney and provide financials and specifics so that child support can be ran.
- Q. Can collecting child support for a child not living with the parent be fraud?
- A: I suggest filing a supplemental Petition for modification and put your evidence before the court.
