Trevor Michael Codington
Trevor Codington earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law in 2006. Before joining Reidy Law Group, Trevor worked at Cox, Castle & Nicholson in San Francisco and Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery in Santa Rosa. As a transactional attorney, Trevor has experience in real estate, corporate, and finance law.
Trevor has represented real estate owners, developers, and investors in real estate transactions from management and disposition to acquisition and development. He has drafted and negotiated construction contracts, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easement agreements, vineyard leases, and other documents related to real estate.
Trevor also provides counseling to clients on corporate issues from formation to ownership to disposition. He frequently advises owners and executives and handles commercial contracts for corporate clients.
Trevor also has significant experience in finance matters. Trevor has represented multiple banks and institutional lenders as outside counsel which has helped build experience and expertise in finance law.
