With more than 20 years of legal experience, both in private practice and working in-house, I provide straightforward legal advice on sensitive subjects, such as: tardiness, poor performance and employee misconduct; disability/pregnancy accommodations; managing leaves of absence; classification of workers under the labor laws; and workplace restructurings. I develop and deliver training on harassment, discrimination and retaliation prevention, managing leaves of absence and accommodations, effective performance management, and related subjects for groups and individuals. Also I regularly conduct workplace investigations in response to employee complaints.
