Timothy J. Cook is an experienced and accomplished consumer, foreclosure defense, and civil litigation lawyer. Timothy prides himself on representing individuals who want to hold mortgage servicers, banks , and big businesses accountable for their actions. Timothy started Kohl & Cook, LLC with his business partner, Sean Kohl, as part of a vision to provide Ohio consumers, individuals, and small businesses hands-on personal legal services.
Prior to starting Kohl & Cook, Timothy gained valuable experience learning how to beat the bank and take on large corporations on behalf of consumers at Doucet & Associates, Co. L.P.A for 3 years. Timothy has helped countless homeowners facing mortgage related problems reach a favorable resolution. Timothy’s case results and the decisions he has obtained for his clients speak for themselves.
Timothy is registered to practice in the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Central Ohio Association of Justice. Timothy focuses on representing people in foreclosure defense and various other consumer related litigation including: the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA); Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); and Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA).
