Thomas Utzinger
GlacierAdvisory LLCThomas A. Utzinger is an attorney and consultant in New Jersey. He is the Managing Member of GlacierAdvisory LLC, a public policy and business advisory firm focused on sustainability-related strategies. For more than twenty years, Thomas has worked in government, law firm, corporate, and consulting positions in Washington, D.C., New York, and New Jersey. This experience provides a broad perspective as to the current policy and regulatory issues facing various industry sectors. Thomas holds an LL.M. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in History from Cornell University. In addition to being a lawyer and business advisor, Thomas is a contributing writer on topics including environmental law, renewable energy, climate change risk, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure. His works have been published by the Environmental Law Institute, LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters, and the American Bar Association. Thomas has also held several committee leadership positions for the American Bar Association.
