Thomas E. Stevens is a licensed attorney and an Eastern Kentucky mediator. Thomas provides mediation services across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He also serves as an Assistant Professor for the paralegal program at Eastern Kentucky University.
Thomas is a longtime trial and appellate lawyer. He has experience litigating in courtrooms across Kentucky. Previously a partner/owner at a well-respected civil litigation firm in Louisville, Thomas has litigated cases involving general tort liability, trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and UM / UIM claims, among many others.
A graduate of Northwestern University's mediation skills training program, Thomas uses his boots-on-the-ground litigation experience and best practices identified in academic research to help parties achieve workable settlements.
