Tom’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and transactions. Throughout his career, he has undertaken the representation and served as trial counsel on behalf of both individual and corporate clients in subject matters concerning business and commercial disputes, fraud, contracts, business torts, employment agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate and insurer bad faith. Tom has an active practice serving as Bucks County Local Counsel in partnership with law firms out of County.
Tom’s clients include individuals and businesses local to the Philadelphia area, as well as national corporations. In commercial transactions, Tom is experienced in purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, service and manufacturing agreements, real estate, non-profits and employment issues. Tom has also been appointed corporate receiver by order entered in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and entrusted with recovery and distribution of assets for the benefit of creditors. Finally, Tom frequently applies his litigation and negotiating skills to the representation of individuals in personal injury cases, providing aggressive advocacy resulting in substantial recoveries for clients who have been harmed, physically, emotionally and economically by the carelessness of another.
