Stuart Tubis is a civil litigator representing clients in a wide range of matters, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims and intellectual property disputes. Stuart regularly counsels businesses on the full spectrum of ADA compliance and represents their interests in civil litigation and Department of Justice investigations. Stuart has a background in technology, which provides a unique aptitude for web accessibility issues (a subject of increasing importance given recent regulatory action). Stuart has experience in all aspects of litigation, including negotiation, binding-arbitration, trial advocacy, settlement and alternative dispute resolution.
