Mr. Elia followed his father’s footsteps and began his law career in 1995 at the age of nineteen when he worked as a paralegal for six years prior to obtaining his license to practice law in 2001 at the age of twenty five. Since then, his firm has grown considerably and he attributes his success to his love and passion for practicing law. Today Mr. Elia has extensive litigation experience having appeared at more than 1,000 civil hearings including jury and bench trials, over 500 depositions, and hundreds of mediations.
