Stephen F. Dial
A passion for protecting your rights, when you need us most - we'll be here.
I am a Columbia University graduate with a degree in Oriental Studies (Summa Cum Laude) and Harvard Law School alumnus. While at Harvard, I shared my time with a classmate who would later become Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
My international experience includes participation in the official US-China Joint Session on Trade, Investment and Economic Law in Beijing—an event the China Daily described as "the most significant legal exchange in history between China and the United States." This experience contributed to removing obstacles for advancing international trade.
My travels throughout the United States and internationally have shaped me into a person with diverse interests and perspectives. My staff and I take pride in serving a varied clientele, recognizing that each individual comes to us with unique circumstances.
My practice focuses primarily on representing Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) applicants. This specialized work allows me to make a profound difference in the lives of injured workers who face particularly complex circumstances. By securing the additional benefits these clients deserve, we help transform their financial stability, and overall quality of life during challenging times.
We understand that legal matters represent just one aspect of our clients' lives—often an unwelcome one. Our mission is to efficiently and thoroughly advocate for our clients' rights in SIBTF and workers' compensation cases while honoring their dignity as complete individuals rather than merely cases to be solved.
