Sheena Lemmons

Sheena Lemmons is a private criminal defense attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. She is the founding owner of Civil Rights Restored Criminal & DUI Lawyer and aggressively represents her clients in DUI cases and other criminal matters, including post-conviction relief services.

Sheena opened Civil Rights Restored in March 2021 in order to follow her passion of representing people accused by the State of committing a criminal offense. Sheena is a strong proponent of Constitutional Rights and notions of justice and seeks to keep the State and its agents honest through zealous advocacy. Sheena prepares each case as though it is going to trial in order to find any issues in the State's case and achieve the best results possible for her clients.

Sheena graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in law school, 5th in her class, at Arizona Summit Law School in December 2016. She achieved the highest grades in the class in Constitutional Law and Bankruptcy. Sheena passed the next available bar exam in June 2017.

In June 2017, Sheena worked at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite DCG as a review attorney, reviewing voluminous discovery in preparation for litigation. Due to her attention to detail and proficient work performance, she was quickly offered career advancement opportunities at the firm and became a Project Lead. Sheena leverages her prior experience at Ryley as an advantage as a criminal defense attorney through keen issue spotting skills to find the problems in the State's case to achieve results for her clients.
