Shane P. Coleman
Law Office of Shane P. ColemanAttorney Shane P. Coleman (Shane) was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He began his legal career as an in-house attorney for first an insurance company and then with a national mortgage servicer where he managed and negotiated claims, lawsuits, bankruptcy and adversarial matters covering all aspects of consumer lending law and managed litigation for the company. Shane relocated to Spokane, Washington to accept an attorney position with the oldest law firm in Washington and the largest in Eastern Washington. His practice built upon his experience in consumer lending and expanded into commercial lending In October 2010, Shane decided to start his own law practice. He has taken his experience representing the “big guys” and is putting it to work being a Spokane attorney for the “little guys,” including smaller entities and individuals. Because he received an advance degree in taxation, he also wanted to move into Estate Planning, one of his long desires. Consequently, Shane uses his knowledge and experience to be a great estate planning attorney and to assist Spokane individuals and families prepare wills and trusts, powers of attorney and to better understand the probate process. In addition to estate planning and probate, Shane also does contracts and business/entity formations, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy and some personal injury.
