Sara Morgan
I began working in family law during my time in law school and have been practicing in this area ever since. I am deeply passionate about advocating for and representing LGBTQ+ individuals and families, particularly transgender clients. My commitment to the LGBTQ+ community began in high school, and during law school, I had the opportunity to represent queer and transgender clients as a legal intern. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to work with an attorney who understands their experiences and approaches their situation with empathy and understanding.
I value lifelong learning and am dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion for all. My first priority is understanding your ultimate goal and ideal outcome. I focus on collaborating with each client to develop a broad "game plan" to help ease any anxiety and set clear expectations moving forward. My approach is rooted in compassion, emphasizing cooperation and negotiation whenever possible, while also providing strong advocacy when necessary. My ultimate goal is to ensure that each client gains a clear understanding of the legal system and their specific case, empowering them to make informed decisions and feel confident in the outcome.
