Ryan Joseph Muldoon

My practice consists of effectively representing both individuals and businesses in a diverse spectrum of civil litigation matters. After working as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company for more than three years, I changed course and entered private practice in 2015 with the primary goals of working directly with clients to establish a solid rapport and then collaborating with clients to determine appropriate litigation strategies. I successfully implemented my foregoing methodology during the last few years and has obtained several favorable results on behalf of clients in the following areas:
• Personal injury claims arising out of ATV accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and falls
• Workers' compensation claims against employers
• Homeowners' insurance claims arising out of hail and storm damage
• Commercial liability insurance claims arising out of damage to crops and semi tractors

• Collection actions regarding outstanding past due accounts and judgments on behalf of banks, businesses, and individuals

• Evictions on behalf of landlords
• Division of assets in dissolution of marriage actions
Prior to embarking on his legal career, Ryan taught Spanish at the high school level for six years and continues to utilize Spanish in his practice today. Ryan is married and has a twelve-year old son.
