- A: Go to https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase/#/vw/Search and enter the name of your parent(s). If an estate has been opened you can then click on that case and the attorney will be listed. Good luck.
- Q. Can a trust amendment made 16 days before death be challenged in Indiana?
- A: Any person who is mentally competent and acting with their own intention and not the intention of someone else, and is not subjected to fraud, may make their own estate planning decisions, including to amend their trust, unless there is some form of contract that they will not change their trust.
