Robert was born and raised the Mid-Missouri area, and lives with his wife Jamila and two children on a family farm in Randolph County.
Robert started his law practice to better serve the needs of the people in his hometown of Moberly, MO and the surrounding rural Mid-Missouri communities. He has gained extensive experience while employed as In-house Counsel for the Missouri Association of REALTORS® which allows him to provide a unique insight into real estate transactions and contracts. Robert's experience also affords him a unique understanding of real estate license law, and matters that affect all Missouri real estate licensees.
Robert has also gained experience in multiple facets of the law through private practice, including: contract disputes, business transactions, civil litigation; family law, and criminal litigation.
Robert currently handles matters regarding real estate law, contract law, wills and trusts, business law, and dispute resolution.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Columbia College in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Management and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law. He is licensed and admitted to practice in Missouri.
