Professional History: Prior to starting his own practice, Rick worked for a law firm doing estate planning and probate work, preceded by work for two other organizations doing estate planning (wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, etc.). Prior to law school, Rick interned for the U.S. Senate, and during law school interned for the State of Kansas in the Kansas Corporation Commission.
