Ralph Gerard Reiser

Ralph is an attorney licensed and practicing in New York for 42 years. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of New York. He is also admitted in the Northern, Southern, and Eastern US District Courts of New York, the US District Court for the District of Columbia and the US Circuit Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 4th and DC Circuits. Ralph is fluent in American Sign Language and has represented Deaf clients as well as hearing clients in New York State Courts as well as Federal Courts across the country.
