Radomir R. Kirnos
Roger Kirnos is the managing partner at Lemon Law Help by Knight Law Group in Los Angeles, representing clients throughout California. He graduated cum laude from Southwestern University School of Law in the top 10% of his class, earning several academic scholarships. During law school, he served as President of the Federalist Society and Vice President of the Business Law Society. He externed for Chief Judge Alexander Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge F. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in English from UCLA, graduating with Provost Honors.
Since 2013, Mr. Kirnos has prosecuted consumer claims under the Song-Beverly Act and other statutes like the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. He joined Lemon Law Help by Knight Law Group in 2017 as a Partner, focusing on protecting consumers from automobile manufacturers. He has taken over 30 consumer protection cases to verdict, including a record $8.2M verdict against Ford Motor Company. He has briefed over 20 appeals and is admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts in California.
Mr. Kirnos has presented at conferences on automotive fraud and best practices for pursuing damages. He has taught Continuing Legal Education courses on the Song-Beverly Act and Consumer Legal Remedies Act. He is involved with non-profits like Consumers for Auto Reliability and Safety and serves on the PAC Board of Consumer Attorneys of California. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2018 and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
