Quinn is a member of Shaheen & Gordon’s Business Law and Real Estate practice groups, where he enjoys building and maintaining meaningful and collaborative relationships with his clients. Whether helping them navigate the myriad challenges of complex business transactions or assisting with all manner of regulatory, real estate, and land use issues, Quinn works closely with key stakeholders to develop practical solutions to difficult problems with integrity and precision.
Quinn brings a wealth of varied legal and business experience to his practice. In addition to his years in private practice as a business law, real estate, estate planning, and probate attorney, Quinn prosecuted civil and criminal fraud cases as an Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Department of Justice's Consumer Protection Bureau. He has also worked as the contract manager in the procurement office of a large New England healthcare system and as the Special Assets Officer in the commercial credit department of one of New England's largest regional banks.
In 2023, Quinn retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve after 23 years of active and reserve service as an infantry officer and judge advocate (military attorney). His final military post was as a staff attorney in the Staff Judge Advocate's Office of U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), one of seven geographic combatant commands within the Department of Defense.
A native of the Upper Connecticut River Valley, Quinn serves businesses in New Hampshire and Vermont. And as the son of a proud Newfoundlander, he is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada.
