Patrick Stephen McArdle
McArdle Law, P.A.
While I have experience handling catastrophic injury cases of all types, I focus my practice on medical malpractice cases. I became the youngest partner at Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen, P.A., before starting McArdle Law, P.A.
Over my career, I have gone to trial in malpractice cases in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. I have fought in deposition, mediation, and trial for clients robbed of their health by negligent healthcare providers, helping clients obtain million-dollar results multiple times through settlement and trial. I have dealt with cases involving amputations, blindness, brain damage, serious burns, misdiagnosed cancer, spinal-cord injury, and wrongful death.
In these cases, I agree to work for my clients on a contingent fee basis. That is, I promise that if I make no recovery for a client, that client owes me nothing—no fees, and no costs.
I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. I became valedictorian of my high school class. I graduated from Davidson College with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa. I received my J.D. with highest honors from Stetson University College of Law. There, I served as the Editor in Chief of The Stetson Law Review. I earned the highest grade in eight subjects, including Civil Procedure, Torts, Trial Advocacy, and Workers’ Compensation. In school, I interned at Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal and at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
